Wellbeing Support - Life 2020

We collaborate with many different organisations and service providers, that offer a wide range of skills and experiences, to offer you the best local, regional and national perspectives on mindfulness, wellbeing and holistic health for the body, mind and soul.

This includes one to one peer support, group support, volunteering opportunities, subconscious and conscious mind seminars, and how to navigate confidence, empowerment, and mental health.
